Don’t Believe Everything You Read!

Despite what you might read elsewhere I can promise you that there are no foods or drinks that help you to lose weight. 

To lose weight you need to change what you are currently eating or how much you are currently eating and try to move more. Having a warm cup of lemon water every morning is not going to make you lose weight if you are still over eating and not moving!

Please don’t fall for any fads or gimmicks when you start your new weight loss routine in 2019…
