Gemma Graham


Chris has been an amazing support to me over the last 18 months. I came to him with the goal of losing weight (I had at least 120 pounds to lose) and getting healthy and he helped me to achieve that and so much more.

His approach gave me the motivation to stick to my goals and keep doing more without making me feel like it was ever a chore. From the first meeting when my confidence was at an all-time low, Chris made me feel comfortable and capable of doing what he asked me to. We built up my activity and before long the pounds and inches were dropping and at the same time I was enjoying myself!

I am now well on my way to goal (having lost 85 pounds and 16 inches from my waist) and I would never have been so successful if Chris hadn’t given me the push to train hard and encouragement to succeed. I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a fresh look at their exercise or the motivation to succeed!
