Hunger-Busting Butter Bar
Ingredients:
140g Rolled gluten free oats
115g Almond butter
8 Medjool dates
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Flax meal
60ml Water
Makes 10 Bars
Method:
1. Grind the oats in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to form a dough.
2. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment, put the mixture in and press down. chill in the fridge for about an hour, then cut in to equal lengths.
