I have been going to the gym on a regular basis for 12 years and got stuck in a routine of doing the same thing every time I trained. I decided to have some personal training sessions with Chris in the months running up to my wedding with the hope of loosing a few pounds and generally toning up for the big day and honeymoon.
The personal training sessions really paid off and by the time the big day came round I was really happy with the results. Chris is very motivating and creative with exercise. During personal training I use muscles that I have never exercised before and have toned up, improved my fitness and core strength. I enjoyed personal training with Chris so much that I have continued to have sessions after the big day and enjoy the new challenges that Chris sets each time.
