I started having weekly personal training with Chris Dean last October and have achieved what I consider to be phenomenal results under his guidance in a relatively short space of time. Below are some of my stats.
Age 43 now feel like 23
Weight: 16st 8lbs down to 13st 10lbs (-40lbs)
Trousers: 40″ down to 34″
5km 34 mins down to 24 mins 33 secs
Bleep Test: 9 up to 12 (1 month ago)
Pressups: 5 up to 40 plus (1 set straight off)
Pull ups 0 – 5
Chris has provided me with both the insight and motivation to believe that anything is possible. He always keeps the training fresh, humorous and constantly pushes me to ensure I get the results that I want from my training and diet. Diagnosed with stage IV B cancer 8 years ago I consider my health to be of prime importance especially as the cancer affected my lung capacity and back. As a result of personal training I’m fitter and stronger now than I have ever been and everything Chris said I could do I have done.
