We are pleased to officially announce our new Personal Trainer, Dominika, who has recently joined the CD Fitness team. Dominika has been working with us on projects away from the Studio for over a year now and we are pleased she is now on board full time.
She has been a successful Personal Trainer for over 3 years and her wealth of knowledge, alongside her holistic approach to training, helps her get the results her clients are looking for. Over the years she has successfully helped her numerous clients to turn their lives around and reach their health and fitness goals. She is great with beginners but also trains a number of serious tri-athletes, her attention to detail is second to none and we are so pleased to have her as part of the team.
Dominika has an impressive list of skills and qualifications on top of her advanced personal training experience including; High Intensity Interval Training, Advanced Sports and Nutrition and Stress Management. She is currently studying Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic medicine in London to add to her skills and knowledge to help her progress her clients.
Dom will be running a HIIT/Flexibility class every Friday 9:15-10:15 at the studio. The first half hour of the class is High Intensity Interval Training, followed by flexibility and stretching for the second half hour.
