I’ve trained with Chris for the last 2 years and can honestly say that he has completely changed the way I exercise. He will get you doing things you would never dream of pushing yourself to do on your own but once you know what you can do you can easily incorporate his exercises when you train without him. Chris never trains the same session so you never know what is coming next! He can give you great advise on diet and sets challenging but realistic goals to help you achieve the results you aspire to whether it be weight loss, changing your body shape or training for a specific event. The sessions are never easy, always challenging and definitely effective.
