I have been having weekly PT’s with Chris for over a year now & while I didn’t want or need to lose much weight, I’ve seen a massive improvement in my fitness & stamina, plus my overall body looks better from definition & toning.

Chris has always motivated me and he gives me something to aim for, whether this is weight loss, inch loss, press ups or chin ups, I have achieved things I never thought I would. I used to find exercise a chore and would never stick at it for long, but our sessions are never boring or repetitive & I’ve learnt to use so many different types of equipment & use various techniques which I also use on my own to achieve the results I want, so now I go to the gym and work out regularly and genuinely enjoy it.

Chris encourages me to keep pushing myself & I would encourage anyone to train with Chris.
