Summer Berry Breakfast Shake
Ingredients:
130g Frozen Berries
240ml Almond Milk
120ml Coconut Water
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Coconut Yogurt
1 handful Spinach
25g Gluten Free Oats
1 handful Ice Cubes
30g Protein Powder
Serves 1
Method:
Chuck all the ingredients in the blender and blitz it up for a super speedy shake!
