This is a client I have been bugging for a long time to give me some progress pics. He would like to remain anonymous however I think he deserves the recognition for his amazing progress so far.
He has now lost over 2 1/2 stone in weight, his waist is down from 42 to 36 inches, his blood pressure is now in the normal range, and his fitness levels have dramatically improved.
When he first walked through the door his rowing time for 100m was over 30 seconds and now he can manage 16.9 seconds!
This has been made possible by simply increasing his daily exercise and attending 2 personal training sessions per week. Food wise he hasn’t starved himself, but he has swapped some bad foods in his diet for some healthier options. He drinks less during the week and has sometimes been known to cook himself home made meals from scratch.
And today, finally, I have managed to get him to throw away his favourite pair of trousers (size 40inch) which are now way to big for him now!
