1- 1-1 Personal Training: Experience the ultimate personalised training with 1 on 1 sessions designed for you. We work closely with every client, customise a workout plan that aligns with your goals and ensures maximum effectiveness and efficiency. We always focus on entire health and wellbeing, so we incorporate nutrition advice, diet planning, sleep advice, stress reduction techniques and injury prevention if you need it. 2- Small Group Training Sessions: Get motivated and inspired by taking part in a dynamic group training session. Led by us, these sessions offer a fun and supportive environment where you can challenge yourself, push your limits, and achieve remarkable results. When you accomplish something on your own it is amazing, but training with friends or as part of a group is a fantastic way to stay motivated and also make personal training more affordable. 3- Fitness Pilates: Our newest addition has gone from strength to strength! With Dominika leading these sessions our clients have enjoyed a slightly slower pace, but with the same excellent results. A low impact workout, focusing on slower and more targeted exercises to help tone and build strength deep within the muscles. A great one for improving core strength, mobility and flexibility. You will feel the burn without a single burpee!
4- Online Community: Can’t make it to the gym? Or don’t like going to a gym…no problem! We offer online classes via zoom, over 12 live classes per week and all available on demand for you to do whenever you like. So whether you prefer live sessions or pre-recorded workouts, we’ll ensure you stay on track and motivated wherever you are. For £35 per month (less than £1.50 per day!) you will have access to all live and on-demand classes, plus access to our fab community WhatsApp groups and additional challenges which we run regularly. 5- Fitness Retreats & Special Events: Experience an amazing weekend getaway at one of our fitness retreats, or participate in our exclusive one-time events – most recently we ran a fantastic Boxing X Fitness Pilates evening! We are looking to do more of these events so keep your eyes peeled as to what is coming next…
6- Corporate Fitness: We have ran some energising lunchtime Bootcamps at local business over the passed few years, and these have always been a success! Why not start offering Wellness Wednesdays to your employees? we can come along and put people through their paces, movement really is medicine, it helps to refocus, helps energise, and is a great team building opportunity as well!
