The CD Fitness personal training studio was established in 2012. Our aim is to educate, lead and pioneer in our field, and to inspire clients to change their lifestyle in order to become fitter, slimmer and healthier.
Our team consists of only highly qualified and experienced trainers, practicing proven techniques, and utilising state of the art equipment to achieve outstanding results for our clients. We offer personal training, group training, classes, corporate fitness, online training, sports massage and nutrition advice through a tailored approach backed by 24/7 support. We engage and empower our clients to become both mentally and physically fitter.
From the moment clients’ step into our private personal training studio in Bagshot, they have access to a wide range of equipment for fat burning, cardio health, core strength improvement and muscle gain. These inspirational surroundings are complimented with ample parking, a high-end sound and vision system, massage room, and changing facilities. All clients need to do is turn up, and leave the rest to us.

We have built our success around helping clients increase fitness, lose weight or drop clothing sizes. All our personal trainers have an abundance of experience and knowledge, along with the charisma to build strong relationships with clients looking to make significant changes to their lives.
Our aim is to over deliver from day one. We work with clients to set goals and use measurements, body fat percentages, nutrition information and fitness tests to establish a base line from which to build a holistic exercise, nutrition and support programme.
We cover every aspect of our clients’ health and fitness journey, helping them to:

Chris and Matt get to know their clients very well and ensure each training session is varied, challenging and appropriate to the goals of the individual. They are both extremely encouraging, engaging and focused on positivity and motivation .
Prior to working with Chris my exercise routine was very sporadic and my fitness levels were pretty low. Chris has helped me achieve much higher levels of fitness which in turn has helped me feel better, physically and mentally. I can now squat down and get up without huffing and puffing! Result!
When I started training with Chris I had always thought that exercise was something “other people” did. I didn’t think I would ever be able to be fit, that it would be something I would be able to do, let alone enjoy.
I didn’t really do much exercise alongside Slimming World and I found the idea of entering a gym with no idea what to do very daunting… How times have changed! I have been training with Dominika at CD Fitness since then, and aim for two sessions a week and could not be happier of that decision.

I was introduced to CD Fitness by my wife Adriana who recommended Chris for a year prior to me plucking up courage to start training, I was so overweight and unfit that It was hard for me to know where to start but Chris put me immediately at ease.
Before I came to see Chris I wasn’t able to do as much training as I wanted to, because I had a small child and I was a single parent working full time.
He can give you great advise on diet and sets challenging but realistic goals to help you achieve the results you aspire to whether it be weight loss, changing your body shape or training for a specific event.
I recently started training with Chris at his own studio. It is well equipped. Well thought out and enables him to give me as good a workout as he could at the large, premium health club we trained in before.
During personal training I use muscles that I have never exercised before and have toned up, improved my fitness and core strength.
From the first meeting when my confidence was at an all-time low, Chris made me feel comfortable and capable of doing what he asked me to.
He is a top-drawer personal trainer, and because he is such a good athlete himself as well as playing semi-professional football he earns everybody’s respect.
Chris’ motivation is inspiring and I have found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and well being.
I have only positive views on Chris, he pushes you hard but that’s what I want and if I want to get you goals personal training is an option.
Chris made me feel confident that I could reach my goal to change my body shape with hard work and healthy eating.
Chris provided a fantastic exercise programme to support my goal and also provided great nutritional advice. I went from being able to run for less than a minute to completing a 10k!
The personal approach has been a bonus for me because Chris is always prepared to customise my training session based on my needs at that time.
My goal of losing a stone was achieved and both my husband and I felt , fitter, stronger and much happier with ourselves. Our wedding was abroad and Chris even sent us programs to do whilst we were on holiday..!
Training with Chris has made all the difference in my quest for inch and weight loss. I have been amazed at how much I am capable of, and would not have discovered this if it were not for Chris’s encouragement.
I have been with other trainers in the past and never been inspired to lose weight and get fit until I started at CD Fitness. Sessions are always different; they can be challenging but also realistic.
Since starting at CD Fitness Lucy has managed to lose over 3 stone and increase her fitness levels dramatically.
To date I have lost 2st 6lb and body fat is down to 14%, In addition fitness is massively improved helping my mountain biking and general well-being.
Chris is motivational, encouraging and sets challenges for me that I would never even consider setting let alone achieving.
I started having weekly personal training with Chris Dean last October and have achieved what I consider to be phenomenal results under his guidance in a relatively short space of time.
Chris has always motivated me and he gives me something to aim for, whether this is weight loss, inch loss, press ups or chin ups, I have achieved things I never thought I would.
