I started training with Chris in 2017 on the recommendation of a friend who thought he could help me resolve a long-standing lower back problem. At the time I had also developed shoulder stiffness and I was struggling to commit to exercise. I have been training with Chris once a week ever since then and I have seen a massive improvement in my back pain and my shoulder stiffness resolved completely. Thanks to Chris I have managed to stay committed to doing regular exercise. Even when I don’t much feel like training, I always come away from my sessions feeling energised and happier. My overall health has improved enormously – I am now much more conscious of my food habits and more knowledgeable thanks to my sessions with Chris. Even my golf has improved thanks to our sessions. Thanks Chris you are definitely the number 1 trainer in Bagshot (and possibly the world).
